Well my wife is in her second year of becoming a RN (Registered Nurse), and her Biology teacher told er class today something very interesting. A study was just completed that shows drinking coffee reduces the strength of your bones by up to 30%. Your bones do return to their normal strength quickly if you stop drinking coffee, and you can also counteract the effect of coffee by drinking a large glass of Milk before bed.
This news is extremely important for the elderly whos bones are already quite weak in most cases and a loss of another 30% can be devastating and mean the difference between life and death.
I haven't been able to find a link to that latest study will have to ask the Wife if she knows it. I am writing this while drinking my morning Coffee
Crazy!
